This Privacy Policy describes how 2minDo (the "App") handles user personal information. The App is provided by TB-App Lab ("we", "us", or "our").
Information We Collect
Account Information
- Email Address: Obtained through Google OAuth authentication. Used for account identification and login.
User-Created Data
- Task Data: Title, notes, estimated time, priority, deadline, task type, category, and other related information
- Execution Logs: Task execution records (date and time of execution)
- Settings Data: App settings (theme, language, custom time slots, etc.)
Automatically Collected Information
- Error Logs: App error information (error messages, error types, app version, OS information). Collected to improve app quality.
How We Use Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- User authentication and account management
- Cloud synchronization of task data
- Providing app features (task suggestions, statistics display, etc.)
- Improving app quality and fixing bugs
Where Information Is Stored
- Local Storage: Task data, execution logs, and settings data are stored in an SQLite database on your device.
- Cloud Storage: When you link your account, data is stored on Supabase (cloud service) via encrypted communication (HTTPS).
Sharing Information with Third Parties
We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following cases:
- Google: Used solely for OAuth authentication processing. Your task data is never shared with Google.
- Supabase: Used as the cloud data storage platform.
We will not provide your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, cloud data will be promptly deleted. Locally stored data is deleted when you uninstall the app.
Your Rights
You have the following rights:
- Data Deletion: You can delete your cloud data using the account deletion feature within the app.
- Account Deletion Request: You can request account deletion via email.
- Data Access: If you wish to review your data, please contact us using the information below.
Security
We take the following measures to protect your information:
- All communication with the cloud is encrypted via HTTPS.
- Database access is restricted through Row Level Security (RLS), limiting access to your own data only.
- Authentication tokens are stored in your device's secure storage.
Children's Privacy
This App is not intended for children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will promptly delete such information.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. If significant changes are made, we will notify you through the app or other appropriate means.
